Andrew Panay is the founder and CEO of Panay Films and a premier feature film producer whose entertainment career spans 20 years; his films have grossed over $800 million at the box office worldwide. He has a reputation for conceiving original ideas and cultivating strong talent relationships, which he applies across film, TV and branded content projects.

Panay began his career as an executive where he developed the highly successful teen romantic comedy, SHE’S ALL THAT, and the inspiring drama, PAY IT FORWARD. He then produced the beloved romantic comedy, SERENDIPITY, and teen campus comedy, National Lampoon’s VAN WILDER. He created and produced the smash hit WEDDING CRASHERS, which became the highest grossing R-rated comedy of its time.

More recently, Panay produced a string of successful films: EARTH TO ECHO, HOT TUB TIME MACHINE 2, the offbeat comedy MASTERMINDS, the hilarious action comedy HIT AND RUN, and the action-comedy reboot of CHiPS. In 2021, he produced a reboot of his first film, HE’S ALL THAT, premiering on Netflix. Currently, Panay is producing MARKED MEN, a film starring Chase Stokes and directed by Nick Cassavetes.
